Glow Healthcare Agency - DVA Community Nursing Care
DVA Care - Community Nursing
The DVA (Department of Veteran's Affairs) funds clinically necessary community nursing services to those deemed entitled persons. An "entitled person" is a veteran, war widow or widower with a Gold Card (or White Card holders subject to approval by DVA) . Glow Healthcare Agency can provide this care in your own home.
Glow Healthcare Agency's DVA Community Nursing Program will increase independence. By avoiding early admission to hospital and other care facilities, the recipient's health outcomes are enhanced. Glow Healthcare Agency utilises registered nurses, enrolled nurses and nursing support staff to deliver our DVA Community Nursing Care services.
Our Community Nursing Care program is fully funded by the Australian Government through the DVA and as such there is no cost to care recipients.
